Excellent Location just 1.5 kms from Porur junction towards Kundrathur on Porur - Kundrathur main road, next compound is Narayana E Techno school. Well maintained gated community it got all the amenities like security at main gate, swimming pool, play area, gym, kids play zone, parking, park, benches and well connected by road nearby educational institutions, hospital, transportation etc…Very spacious open places inside the complex for elders and others who would like to enjoy. But it is a nightmare every time it rains, since the approach road was ridden with potholes. Lot of positive as well as negative comments are heard from the residents during my recent visit.

Wow... Well maintained gated community it got all the amenities. Starting from security at main gate, swimming pool, play area, gym, kids play zone, parking, park, spacious benches to relax...any more facilities well connected by road nearby educational institutions, hospital, transportation etc...

Now for all the future buyers out there who are ever lucky enough to find these reviews. Let me clarify somethings for you.. The complains that others have posted here seems to be true, and the reason I believe they are true is that the people from "Siddharth upscale" themselves have gone out of their way to taint it as false. Below are screenshots of two accounts which seems to be made by the same person just for the sake of writing a good review. They have also written about another apartment from the same builder in TNagar. Now can this person be living in two apartments at the same time.. I don't think so.. have a look. BEWARE.

It's a good gated community with decent facilities. The road surrounding the flats is total disappointment as it will be completely flooded ans the pot holes are real dangerous during night. The flats are well maintained inside with good security system to watch over the entrants.

Visited to check with my friend. Their attitude towards marketing was good but not the houses. Single bed room flat is very small and dongen. Double bed room flat seems somewhat okay but the design is not up to the mark. After visiting simply absconded from there.

Its a newly constructed apartment complex. Its a gated community with security posts and has good amenities including lots of parking, space for kids to play, small park, multiple elevators in each block etc. The outside road is not that wide and there is still some construction going on. Its very close to pour junction and there are share autos every couple of minutes. all in all a good place to live

Worst and money minded builder, collected Rs.500 per day for providing power supply for doing interiors from all residents. Also collected Rs. 3000 for cleaning the waste materials. Not customer friendly and very rude behaviour after purchasing flat. Management team is good in giving false promises and never committed to rectify any mistakes. Think twice to buy a flat from this builder.

Military compound like pathetic attitude and treats residents as tenants or jail mates. Not customer friendly and very rude behaviour after purchasing flat. Everything started well. Promises were not kept.Towards the end they started compromising on the quality.The ones which are very apparent are the quality of tiles on the corridor. Doors were changed from teak finish with nice design(ones shown in model house) to inferior mica finished plain doors. Starting Dec-2016 they started sending mails promising handover by end of that month.Now it is June still Completion certificate not received. They just proved that they are very unprofessional and compromise on anything to maintain their profit.Stay away !!!!!!!!
